There is not enough words to explain how amazing Megan is. I got a hold of Megan late at night in a total panic. I was so close to closing on a home that just did not fit my needs. Megan was on a camping trip with her family. She answered me immediately and she went straight to work. She would be on a boat and would find a way back to wifi just to talk with me. I wanted to close on our home by 9/30/2022. We had less than a month to complete this. Megan got everything done as quickly as she could. Her team worked beautifully together. Megan carefully listened to my list of must haves, learned what my deal breakers were (such as excessive traffic noise and PUD high-voltage lines), then she tailored listings to meet my criteria. Always attentive, professional, and responsive, she patiently worked with me to go through many listings, showings, and multiple offers in this highly competitive market. After several initial in-person meetings and showings, she then conducted many remote video and Facetime showings for me, because I was located in northern WA and could not drive down for every listing.
